  • Booking and Payment: To reserve your tour, a 20% deposit must be paid via PayPal. The remaining balance is due in cash upon arrival in Morocco
  • Changes to the Tour: Tour schedules may be adjusted in case of unforeseen circumstances, bad weather, or safety concerns. We will notify you immediately if any changes occur.
  • Travel Documents: It is your responsibility to ensure you have all necessary travel documents, including a valid passport and visa.
  • Liability: Morocco Tourism Packages is not responsible for injuries, losses, or damage to personal property that may occur during the tour.

Policy for Cancellations and Refunds

  • More than 14 days before the tour: You will receive a full refund of your deposit.
  • 7 to 14 days before the tour: 50% of your deposit will be refunded.
  • Less than 7 days before the tour: Deposits are non-refundable.

In very rare cases, such as extreme weather conditions or safety concerns, we may cancel the tour. In these instances, you will receive a full refund of your deposit or have the option to reschedule your tour. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (PayPal) within 7 business days.
